On Saturday, May 20, 2000, almost 30 youths from First Baptist Church of Dublin came to help construct the most recent Habitat for Humanity house in Laurens County. In addition, there were several young people from Trinity Christian School and First Methodist Church. Since that time, these youth have continued to come to our work site and provide tremendous support and hard labor. In June, the youth group from First Baptist Church plans to take a mission trip to Union, South Carolina, where they will help construct a Habitat House for that community.
